Spain is the first step in the export project of Vale da Estrela Dairy with the placement of several hundred PDO cheeses in the El Corte Inglés network in the Madrid region.

Vale da Estrela DOP cheese and DOP cottage cheese were very well received in the tasting sessions that took place over several weekends in five Continente stores.

A library dedicated to "cheese" is being set up and will be available to the public in the multimedia space of Vale da Estrela Dairy in Mangualde.

Seixas da Costa: “We have other magnificent cheeses in Portugal, but I have no doubt in saying that Serra da Estrela Cheese is the king of them all”.

SIC published a report on Vale da Estrela Dairy where it addresses the development of the project from a business point of view and the “productive process inspired by traditional knowledge”.

Students from two professional courses from the Carregal do Sal Group of Schools visited Vale da Estrela Dairy this Wednesday.

Vale da Estrela POD cheese and POD requeijão were very well received at the tasting that took place this weekend in four Continente stores.

This weekend, starting this Friday, there will be another tasting session of Vale da Estrela PDO cheeses in four Continente stores.
