Chef António Boia, from the Restaurant JNCQuoi, was generous enough to share with us the recipe witch joins together a national product, Rocha Pear, characteristic of the West of Portugal, and Vale da Estrela PDO cheese, a product we proudly deliver at this restaurant, located in Lisbon, at Liberdade Avenue, defending and promoting national gastronomy.
