From May onwards, Serra da Estrela PDO Vale da Estrela cheeses became part of the restricted selection of the JNcQUOI, a selection made by Executive Chef António Bóia and after careful evaluation.

In this way, Serra da Estrela PDO Vale da Estrela cheeses are now present in one of the most recognized restaurants in the city of Lisbon, which is based on a proposal of “Comfort food”, providing an experience of Portuguese gastronomy with a new image and served in a beautiful and vibrant environment, respecting Portuguese products of excellence.

JNcQUOI reopened recently and Vale da Estrela wishes Chef António Bóia and his team a successful fresh start.
