Vale da Estrela Dairy promotes next Saturday, March 25th, the presentation of the Youth Orchestra of Mangualde Schools in Lisbon.

The concert is scheduled for 3.30 pm, in the London room of the Altis Grand Hotel, Rua Castilho, nº 11, Lisbon.

The Youth Orchestra of Mangualde Schools is made up of 60 elements and is directed by maestro Admar Ferreira.

In addition to the performance of the Orquestra de Mangualde, there is a photographic exhibition on pastoralism, milk and cheese from Serra da Estrela and tasting of Vale da Estrela products.

Representatives of various local entities will be present, including the Mayor of Mangualde.

Vale da Estrela Dairy started its activity at the end of last year, is led by Jorge Coelho and is headquartered in Mangualde, in the demarcated region of Serra da Estrela Cheese.

Vale da Estrela Dairy produces cheese and Serra da Estrela PDO cheese, using only natural ingredients, including milk from Bordaleira sheep, fed exclusively on pastures in the Serra da Estrela Demarcated Region.
