Queijaria Vale da Estrela started exporting Serra da Estrela PDO Cheese and Serra da Estrela Mature PDO Cheese to Australia in October.

Queijaria Vale da Estrela has resumed the production of Serra da Estrela PDO Cottage Cheese, which is produced using traditional techniques.

Vale da Estrela dairy was present at the Feira dos Santos that took place in Mangualde between the 2nd and 4th of November.
